Membership and eligibility. Premium access is a recurring monthly membership, currently offered at the early-bird price of ₪100 per month. Membership includes at least one secret, exclusive and intimate event per month. Purchases are for adults aged 18 or over. The introductory price will increase in the future; any changes to an existing subscription will be communicated before they take effect and handled according to applicable law and payment-provider rules.
Access delivery. Membership access and joining instructions are sent by email and WhatsApp within 24 hours of confirmed payment. There is no physical shipment. If you have not received access, contact orslimy@gmail.com or 0509555985. Please provide accurate contact details and check your spam folder.
Cancellation and refunds. You may cancel future membership renewals at any time through your payment provider or by contacting orslimy@gmail.com or 0509555985. Cancellation stops future renewals; refunds and cancellation rights are subject to applicable Israeli consumer-protection law. Statutory rights are not restricted by these terms. To request cancellation or a refund, provide your name, contact details and payment reference. Refunds due by law will be handled within the legally required timeframe.
Privacy. Contact details are used to operate membership, deliver access and event notices, handle payments and provide support. Additional marketing is sent only with separate consent, which may be withdrawn by contacting us. Contact information is stored in the email and WhatsApp services used by the business; payment information is processed by the chosen payment provider. Full card details are not requested on this website. We use reasonable access controls and safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Information may be shared with service providers as necessary to operate the service or comply with law. Contact us with privacy or deletion requests, subject to lawful record-retention obligations.
Service warranty and liability. Specks of Light is responsible for providing the membership described on this website and addressing access or billing issues. Speakers, subjects, locations and dates may change; affected members will be notified. Content shared on this website, at events or in member discussions is provided for general information and networking only. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical or other advice, a recommendation, or a professional opinion. Members are responsible for their own decisions and for how they use information shared through the service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Specks of Light and anyone acting on its behalf shall not be liable for direct or indirect loss or damage arising from reliance on such content or use of the service. Third-party payment or communications outages may affect delivery; please contact us for assistance. Nothing in this clause limits any liability, statutory warranty, consumer protection or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Copyright. Website content and branding belong to their respective owners. Membership does not grant permission to reproduce or distribute protected event material without permission. This website sells event membership, not pharmaceutical products.
